(This is not really a game, just a scenario with a question. Play along and you'll be fine. ) The good news: you're now a member of the Fellowship. Woot! The Bad news: You're going to have to cross an open region (very little hiding places for you) and the Nazgul are watching. Now we all know that a group of bazillion persons - Hobbits, Men, Elves, Wizards, Dwarves - is very easy to spot on open terrain, so the Fellowship has to be divided into two-man teams. You get to choose one and only one person to accompany you. The plan is to regroup later. So, who will it be? Remember: it's a matter of survival and you will have to trust that one person with your life. A tough decision. Besides, you only got a few moments to make up your mind. No time to loose, silly! Think! *ding* Time's up. And the name of the person is.....

Very difficult question. Your answer could be based on many things: logic, loyalties, feelings... Who wrote this scenario anyway? Oh, wait.... I think it was my Trekker/LotR friend. *cough* I'm torn between three possible alternatives. Gandalf, Aragorn, and Frodo. Gandalf is more than a match for the Nazgul, Aragorn is a good fighter (not to mention unerringly loyal) and Frodo is... Well, I trust him but he's a loose cannon. I'm choosing....Frodo. Ideas do not have to be correct in order to be good; its only necessary that, if they do fail, they do so in an interesting way. ;D

You are all going to think I'm crazy, but I choose Pippin. He is a hobbit, and hobbits are good at sneaking and hiding.

You and Sam will never starve I guess. Can Pippin and I have some of your food? He ate too much of our supply earlier.

Sure, if you wish. It might be a good idia if we keep a little distance between us all, though. The Nazgul might spot us if we're all together.

Indeed. That was the idea behind splitting up the group. Instead of one large group we now have several smaller groups. The Nazgul are going to be busy going after many targets and trying to figure out which one of the groups is the RIGHT one. ;D

<little stage comedy here folks><LA and leggy are searching for lembas at Amon hen....lembas galadriel baked hehe>
LA: Legolas Greenleaf, for an elf of Mirkwood, you are not so good at finding things! but then it was your folk who LOST gollum! *gollum in water hiding behind log snickers til LA throws a stone at him* LA: Foul beast I know your there no need to bore me with your hissing snickers now be quiet! *gollum sighs then becomes silent behind log* Leggy: Alias I am a PRINCE of Mirkwood, what at is it that you are? Some elvish maid aplace from where she belongs? And as for Gollum,we could not bare to leave him in the dark dungens. LA: Well Princey dear, elvish? perhaps I may look it and from the house of elrond you may believe me to be. But your good vision may not proove too useful in this matter, think of this and think on it long. Elronds true daughter I am not, true daughter of the stars be I, think on this I do not lie! Now where is those lembas Legolas..have you seen them of late? Leggy: I see your heart is masked and veiled yet you I have underestimated, what is it you have in this love of your lembas? Tis folly to search so hard for way bread when we have much more then your store. *gollum hissing and singing to himself..rock and pool so nice and...*alias throws stone past his ear* LA: Next time I wont be so genorous..and it will be an arrow! As for the way bread ahh perhaps tis folly but the Lady Galadriel baked it for me elibereth love her, she is a grandmother to my and a friend. Leggy: Well then if you love her and her gifts so I supose it tis not folly, even for folk such as ourselves. LA: *smiling and laughing* and what type of folk are we my prince? Foolhardy hobbits? Diamond seeking Dwarves? Elvish royalty? Or all and above and naught the same. Leggy: Now one of such sencerity to speak in such folly and riddles? tis indeed a fine day*laughs* but we my lady are foolish wise immortal folk. though i hear the dwarf got a mighty strange gift from galadriel*laghs* LA:Much agreed..o look lembas...and lemon marange pie*throws pie in leggies face*
