*climbs on a table to speak* Free Peoples of Middle-earth.... *cough* Even if we come from different sides of the world, speak different languages, even if we drink too many pints, even if we have different tastes in food, every one of us here today is identical in the most important way: each one of us has the heart of a hobbit. Now, I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.... (Alright, you seem to be a clever and impatient crowd - and I suck at giving speeches - so I'll skip the speech and get straight to the point. ) I'd just like to know where everyone is from. *thanks her audience and jumps down the table* Let's throw a party, shall we? The pints are on me! *sits back and laughs, as she watches the stampede*

Thank you, my friends. I already knew Perian was from Florida and Lady Alias was from the Land of Down Under (AKA Australia). Everyone else's whereabouts were a complete mystery for me. Myra, I had no idea you were living in Switzerland! I used to work for the Swiss embassy in Helsinki. I was the housekeeper's assistant. All the security measures were in place, they wouldn't let me in without an ID. By the way Myra.... What language do you speak? German, French? I hear Switzerland has 4 official languages.

I took some Spanish in school too. And I had Latin. Ans: No offence. Ye know even though i feel more Italian I'm always so upset that we are thrown into the same pot as the Germans...I have nothing about the Germans but I don't really like their language and since Swiss people have their own manner to speak I see no reason why official papers are in German and we must learn it at school But the Swiss people doesn't really have a great reputation outside the borders I so hope I can go back to Italy to study....

I have nothing about the Germans but I don't really like their language and since Swiss people have their own manner to speak I see no reason why official papers are in German and we must learn it at school I understand. We have to learn Swedish because it's the second official language of Finland. (Samish is the 3rd, but we don't have to learn that one.)
